ON SITE STRESS REDUCTION SESSIONS

ON SITE SESSIONS AT YOUR SITE:
Elicit your body's natural relaxation response and protective mechanism against distress. Sleep better, improve your concentration and experience inner peace. Meditation counteracts distress. It boosts your immune system, lowers high blood pressure, helps in the natural healing process and reduces pain.
Sessions are one or two hours in length, for an individual or group.

CENTERING PRACTICES FOR HEALTH & HAPPINESS

What: Learn about and experience centering practices from different traditions. Revive your energy with walking and eating awareness. Clear
away mental tension with a relaxation technique,
meditation and the centering breath. Learn to use
imagery for fun and feeling good. Beneficial for all,
and particularly suited for anyone who needs to lower high blood pressure, sleep better, or who is in a stressful situation. This workshop will help you to find the right practice that works best for you.
